Аннотация:
Целью исследования явилось изучение состояния тканей краевого пародонта после обработки контактной поверхности (КП) реставраций разными видами штрипс. Проведено клиническое исследование 120 прямых реставраций на КП зубов. Установлено, что способ обработки КП влияет на уровень гигиены и значение индекса РМА межзубной области. Наилучшие результаты получены в группе, где использовались штрипсы на пластиковой основе четырех степеней абразивности.
The objective of the present work was to evaluate the state of marginal periodontal tissues after the treatment of the interdental surface of restorations from light-cure composite resins using different finishing strips. A total of 125 direct restorations on interproximal tooth surfaces were available for the clinical evaluation. It has been shown that the method of finishing the contact surface of restorations has an appreciable effect on the hygienic characteristics and PMA index of the interdental region.
