Аннотация:
The objective: to study the clinical effectiveness of interferon therapy in complex treatment of vulvovaginites in patients with multiple pregnancy. Material and methods. We made a comparative analysis of the outcomes of complex treatment of 67 patients with vulvovaginitis of mixed etiology developing in multiple pregnancy. The treatment group included 37 patients, who received the immunomodulator.Viferon® 1 000 000 IU 1 rectal suppository 1 time daily №10 and Viferon®-gel applied intravaginally once daily №6 on the basis of standard therapy (fluomizin 1 supp, once daily №6), 30 patients of the control group received fluomizin 1 supp. once daily №6. Results and discussion. As has been found, multiple pregnancy in 86[%] of patients is associated with maladaptation of the vaginal ecosystem with an active involvement of conditionally pathogenic anaerobic flora and development of an immunodeficient condition according to data of nonspecific defence (sIgA) and interferon status accompanied by
