Аннотация:
Clinical case of combination of the abdominal wall abscess with uterine necrosis after cesarean section with the development of peritonitis on the 7th day after abdominal delivery. At the first stage of surgical treatment with laparoscopy, the abdominal cavity was thoroughly sanitated; at the second stage – Pfannenstiel’s relaparotomy, excision of suture on the uterus, metroplastic surgery, dissection and sanation of abdominal wall abscess were performed. The postoperative period progressed without complications. Conclusion: the method of treatment of patients with uterine necrosis after cesarean section on the background of peritonitis should be metroplastic surgery as the least traumatic, which provides the most considerate amount of operational benefits. © 2019, Dynasty Publishing House.
