Аннотация:
Clinical observation of necrosis of the uterine scar after cesarean section, diagnosed 3 months after delivery. The only complaint of the patient was persistent abnormal uterine bleeding. According to the clinical and laboratory research, there were no signs of inflammation. Operative hysteroscopy and excision of necrotic masses were performed with recommendations of metroplasty in the long-term period. © 2019, Dynasty Publishing House. All rights reserved.
