Аннотация:
Research results supporting the manufacturing technology for floating prolonged-release oral tablets based on a hydrophilic matrix with the nonselective α-adrenoblocker proroxan are presented.Wet granulation of the effervescent ingredients with the matrix produced tablets with the required buoyancy lag-time, float time, and proroxan release kinetics. © 2018, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.
