Аннотация:
The resistance of infectious agents to antimicrobial agents (antimicrobial resistance) is a serious global problem. One of the reasons for the increase in antimicrobial resistance is the irrational use of antibiotics, which is often observed in acute infections of the respiratory tract in children. This article presents proposals that are aimed at preventing the spread of antimicrobial resistance, which prepared the All-Russian Pediatric Respiratory Society. The article also presents the algorithms for the selection of antibacterial drugs for acute infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract. © 2019, Dynasty Publishing House. All rights reserved.
