Аннотация:
The article presents modern development of school menu options for two age groups of students of educational organizations. It provides analysis of the existing schoolchildren menu, research data on taste preferences of students in grades 1-11 of Moscow schools and assessment of each dish from the current menu consumption, considering the range of products purchased in the school canteen and out of school, home meals. Data obtained during monitoring of schoolchildren of different age groups meals in the canteens of educational organizations.
