Peculiarities of psoriatic arthritis clinical picture in children

Аннотация:
Objective of the research-to identify clinical peculiarities of the modern course of psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in children. Materials and methods: The study included 83 patients with PsA aged from 4 months to 17 years. Of these, 59 patients (71[%]) with certain juvenile PsA (JPsA) according to Vancouver criteria and 24 patients (29[%]) with probable PsA. Demographic indicators, age of the disease onset, hereditary factor were analyzed. Analysis of own clinical, laboratory and instrumental studies is presented, that allows to identify peculiarities of course and clinical variants of JPsA. Results: The study revealed the prevalence of girls in sex distribution structure both in general group and in subgroups. The average debut age of PsA in children was 6,6 years.
