Diagnosis of age-related skin changes is an important problem in modern dermatology and cosmetology. The purpose of the study was to examine the elasticity and echo-structural features ofdermis and epidermis organization in women of different age groups. The study included 80 women who were divided into 4 groups depending on age. Ultrasound scanning of the skin was carried out by the LOGIC 1200 apparatus in the "small pats" mode by a 10-20 MHz linear sensor with evaluation of the subepidermal layer of low echogenicity (SLEB). Measurement of skin elasticityin 10 points was carried out using the Elastometer EM 25 (Courage + Khazaka Electronic GmbH, Germany). According to the ultrasound scan of the skin, it was revealed that against the background of aging, there was a decrease in skin thickness, an increase in the heterogeneity of its structure and subcutaneous fat, as well as the incidence and thickness of SLEB. The results of elastography demonstrated that the disruption of elasticity
