Аннотация:
Medicinal effects on gastrointestinal-tract (GIT) organs under normal and pathological conditions are reviewed and analyzed. It is shown that rhythmic processes of digestive organs interact closely with the hierarchical structure of partial in vivo rhythms. This creates the prerequisites for prescribing medicines for GIT disorders considering individual in vivo chronorhythms and drug pharmacokinetic profiles. © 2017, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.
