Аннотация:
Despite considerable breakthrough in the chemotherapy of tumors remains a topical search of new active pharmaceutical substances having desirable properties such as high antitumor activity, selective effect on tumor cells and decreased side effects. One of these substances is a new domestic analogue of hypothalamic hormone somatostatin (AHHS), synthesized in the N. N. Blokhin RCRC. This substance during preliminary biological experiments showed a high antitumor activity, but further to create a dosage form having difficulty due AHHS insolubility in water. As an alternative way to overcome the hydrophobic nature of the substances the use of liposomes suggested AHHS providing intravenous administration of the drug and a positive effect on its pharmacokinetics. In the present study we were obtained and characterized by liposomes AHHS adding egg lecithin and cholesterol without it. In vivo experiments assessed the two models the antitumor activity of liposomal formulation AHHS on breast ad
