Аннотация:
The novel cerium germanide Ce2IrGe3 was studied by means of x-ray diffraction, magnetic, electrical transport and heat capacity measurements. The compound was found to crystallize with slightly disordered hexagonal structure of Ce2CoSi3-type. The experimental results revealed that Ce2IrGe3 is a ferromagnetic-like Kondo lattice that orders at TC=4K. © 2017 Elsevier Ltd
