Аннотация:
The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of PDE2 (erythro-9-(2-hydroxy-3-nonyl) adenine (EHNA)) and PDE3 (Milrinon) inhibitors on coronary flow and oxidative stress markers in the isolated rat heart. Excised hearts of male Wistar albino rats (total of 12 for each experimental group) aged 8 weeks, body mass 180-200 g were retrogradely perfused according to Langendorff technique with gradually increased coronary perfusion pressure (CPP = 40-120 cm H2O). Samples of coronary venous effluent were collected after the stabilization of CF at each value of gradually increased perfusion pressure. Spectrophotometric method was used for determination of nitrite, super-oxide anion radical, and index of lipid peroxidation. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the inhibition of PDE3 system (in comparison to PDE2) can be more significant in the control of coronary vascular tonus, which may have potential clinical significance in the conditions of decreased coronary per
