Аннотация:
The objective. Analysis of the results of active examination of infertile female patients with the use of an advanced diagnostic algorithm (shear wave elastography with elastometry (SWE), microbiological and histological methods) aimed at early diagnosis of genital tuberculosis. Patients and methods. 1429 women of reproductive age were examined (mean age - 32.6 ± 4.7 years), who presented with infertility. Two groups of patients were singled out. Examination methods included histeroscopy, laparoscopy, ultrasound, photofluorography and x-ray. Materials for histomorphological and bacteriological examination were endometrial biopsy samples, menstrual blood and cervical discharge. In all patients, life and past medical histories were studied, clinical manifestations and the findings of tuberculin sensitivity tests and response to Diaskintest. Results.
