Аннотация:
The objective. To study the radical producing function of phagocytes in women with habitual miscarriage (HM) using a new method of activated chemiluminescence with double consecutive stimulation. To specify possible diagnostic and prognostic parameters. Patients and methods. The study included 28 pregnant women with threatened miscarriage (TM), of whom 19 were diagnosed with habitual miscarriage, 9 women with non-developing pregnancy (NP). Control group 1 (C1) comprised 61 women with the normal course of pregnancy. Control group 2 (C2) - 24 nonpregnant women, 5 women after spontaneous abortion before 22 wks. (C3). Results. During pregnancy, both physiological and occurring against the background of threatened miscarriage, neutrophils are in the primed state. In the group of patients after spontaneous abortion, an enhanced activity of the neutrophil link of the immune system was noted before and immediately after miscarriage, on the contrary, in women with NP response to stimuli was wea
