The objective. Assessment of the incidence and structure of hypertensive disorders and other obstetric and neonatal complications after IVF with the use of donor eggs and after IVF with autologous eggs. Patients and methods. We analysed the course of pregnancies, labours and perinatal outcomes in 644 women. In 197 women, pregnancy occurred after IVF with the use of donor eggs (DE-IVF), in 236 patients resulting from the programme «surrogate motherhood» (SM-IVF) and in 211 women pregnancy occurred after IVF with own eggs (OE-IVF). Results. Pregnancy following DE-IVF was associated with a high incidence of such obstetric complications as gestational arterial hypertension, preeclampsia and preterm labour. Conclusion. Egg recipients, irrespective of age, should be referred to a group of high risk of obstetric complications. Obstetricians-gynaecologists and reproductologists should beforehand inform women, entering DE-IVF or surrogate motherhood programmes, about high risks for obstetric co
