Аннотация:
In Russia, cervical cancer is the second most common type of oncological diseases of the female reproductive sphere after malignant breast neoplasms. Its prevalence continues to grow, especially among female patients of the reproductive age. Traditional methods of treatment of CIN might lead to the development of long-term post-operative complications with the formation of gross defects. In this connection, a search for new approaches to treatment of CIN is topical that would ensure optimal cure and preservation of the functional integrity of the cervix and also for prognostic markers of the development of obstetric pathology later in life in order to determine the optimal tactics of management of pregnancy.
