Аннотация:
The article presents a clinical observation of neuroblastoma in a child. A planned ultrasound examination of a mother at terms of 24-25 wks of gestation found bilateral enlargement to 6.5 cm3 of the adrenal glands of the fetus with multiple cysts. Delivery occurred through natural pathways without complications at 39-40 wks. A live full-term boy was born and referred to the oncological unit of the Scientific and Practical Centre of medical aid to children with craniofacial abnormalities and congenital diseases of the nervous system of the Moscow Department of Health, where the presence of a space-occupying lesion in the right adrenal gland with insignificant selective accumulation of contrast along the tumour contour was confirmed. Taking into consideration a rapid growth of tumour, an expert group of physicians came to a decision about laparoscopic right adrenalectomy.
