Аннотация:
In vitro fertilisation (IVF) with the use of donor eggs (DE) is one of the ways to increase a reproductive potential of many women with a compromised gynaecological history. In a review of literature, most authors have come to conclusions that pregnancy with the use of DE is associated with a higher level of the development of such complications as gestational hypertensive disorders, preterm labour, bleeding in the first trimester and a great percentage of caesarean sections. Unfortunately, our searches among many works studying obstetric and perinatal complications following IVF with DE, have not given any clear evidence about the pathogenesis of their development. But the interrelations between excess coagulation activation, endogenous factors and development of obstetric complications confirms the importance of dynamic exploration of the system of hemostasis at different terms not only in spontaneous pregnancy but alto during pregnancy after IVF with DE, and also at the pregravid le
