Аннотация:
Combination of pregnancy and oncology - the special clinical situation accompanied by a high risk of abortion. Malignant neoplasms in the population of pregnant women are seldom, this cases require a multidisciplinary approach and a high level of knowledge of specialists. So there are often difficulties in verifying the diagnosis, determining the tactics of treatment and the timing of delivery. We have studied 45 foreign and domestic sources were published in the database PubMed and medical journals about this topic since 2007 to 2017. This systematic review presents the features of pregnancy management in women with five leading oncology of this group of patients, namely melanoma, breast cancer, cervical cancer, lymphoma, gastrointestinal tract tumors.
