Аннотация:
The article presents a literature review of Russian and world literature dealing with the problem of the metabiome and microbiome. The authors highlight new aspects of physiological and possible pathological effects of the intestinal metabiome on the health of the human body in general. Comparing the microbiome with tissue structure the authors emphasize the role of the metabiome as a regulatory, signalling system that performs the function of interaction between the microbial community and the host body. The metabolic orientation of a new generation of drugs - metabioitcs - has been proven by the example of the effectiveness of Hylak forte in treatment of acute and chronic diseases of children and adults.
