Pharmacokinetic evaluation of a new dipeptide anxiolytic GB-115 tablet form

Open, single, crossover, pharmacokinetic study after oral administration tablets and substance of GB-115 (dose 100 mg) in rabbits was performed. Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated: maximum concentration of GB-115 in the rabbit blood plasma (Cmax), time of Cmax, area under “concentration-time” curve, half-time of GB-115, relative bioavailability. GB-115 concentrations were detected by HPLC-MS (“ion trap”) by daughter ion with m/z = 187, that has maximum intensity. Relative bioavailability of GB-115 in tablets was 128,18 ± 36,07[%] comparison to substance. © 2017, Folium Ltd. All rights reserved.
