Determination of organic and hydroxycinnamic acids in homeopathic mother tinctures prepared from two snowdrops species (Galanthus L.) by HPLC-UV

Аннотация:
This article presents data for the composition and content of organic and hydroxycinnamic acids in homeopathic mother tinctures of Voronov’s snowdrop (Galanthus woronowii Losinsk.) and common snowdrop (Galanthus nivalis L.) that was obtained by HPLC with UV detection method. Organic acids profile of two snowdrop species mother tinctures is presented by succinic, oxalic and malic acids. Hydroxycinnamic acids composition of Voronov’s snowdrop mother tincture is presented by neochlorogenic, chlorogenic and criptochlorogenic acids; neochlorogenic acid is absent in common snowdrop mother tincture, but it also contains chlorogenic and criptochlorogenic acids. The obtained data concerning minor specific biologically active compounds composition can be used in the standardization of homeopathic drugs produced from snowdrops. © 2017, Folium Ltd.
