Аннотация:
Specific and reliable HPLC/MS methodology has been developed for the identification and assay of phenothiazine drugs. Aminazine, propazine, and fluphenazine were identified by the m/z values of the molecular ion formed in the process of ionization of substances and standard samples of phenothiazine drugs. The quantification limit of the procedure is 0.1 ng/mL for fluphenazine; 1.0 ng/mL, for propazine and aminazine. The procedure has been validated by the following characteristics: specificity, linearity, accuracy, and precision in accordance with SP XIII. © 2018, Folium Ltd. All rights reserved.
