Аннотация:
Objective of the research to study the post-vaccination immunity to diphtheria, tetanus and polio in children born by HIV-infected mothers. Materials and methods: 184 HIV-negative children born by HIV-infected women were under observation, after diagnosis verification they were in the group diagnosed with Perinatal contact for HIV (R75). 28 children are included in the HIV group (B23). 42 children born by HIV-negative mothers were the control group. Children were vaccinated against diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus (DTP and ADS toxoid) and polio (Imovax Polio). Results: After the completed vaccination course, the frequency of seroconversion of antitoxic anti-diphtheria antibodies (AВ) was 89,3[%], anti-tetanus AB 92,3[%], and type-specific virus neutralizing polio AB 71,9-100[%]. The study revealed terms of registration of protective post-vaccine AB to tetanus and diphtheria toxoids 1,5-2 months after the administration of the 1st and 2nd doses of DTP, respectively, regardless of children HI
