Enzymes are biocatalysts of natural origin. Preparations containing enzymes in their composition are in demand on the market and are used in various areas of human life. Thus, the hyaluronidase enzyme has found application in gynecology, dermatology, surgery and cosmetology. The need for enzymatic preparations containing hyaluronidase increases with the development of fields of medicine and cosmetology, therefore the question of its obtaining from available raw materials is actual. In this article, the conditions for the isolation of hyaluronidase are given, the microbial raw material Ps. putida is considered as a source of the enzyme. © 2018, Folium Ltd. All rights reserved.
