Аннотация:
The paper presents the generalizing results of studies on the study of transdermal permeability of the main group of biologically active substances - Schisandra Chinensis lignans. In vitro experiment with the use of spectrophotometric method of analysis, the degree of transdermal permeability of lignans sum in terms of schizandrine through the skin of laboratory animals was determined. The degree of transdermal permeability of the main active ingredient was about 40[%]. © 2018, Folium Ltd. All rights reserved.
